I wanted to take the time to thank you all at NFU Mutual Preston office so much for helping us whilst we were away in France skiing when my lad had an accident on the slopes. It was a scary day but the service NFU Mutual gave us, whilst we were away, was exemplary. It was frankly nothing short of outstanding. What’s even better is that when we walked through the doors at home, just two days after the event, NFU Mutual had transferred all our incurred costs for all the medical attention received, the evacuation off the slopes and our ski passes. Thank you very much - the rest of the ski group now know all about NFU Mutual and my lad is quickly on the mend too. That’s proper customer service and good to know how reliable you are – others need to know too. 10/10.
