Welcome to NFU Mutual's newest Welsh agency, our Cardiff office, headed up by agent Nathan Conlon, where we pride ourselves on offering our customers a personal and friendly service for their insurance, pension and investment requirements.
Specialising in offering a first class service to businesses throughout Cardiff and the surrounding area, we take time to get to know our customers in order to understand their individual needs and provide insurance tailored to suit the specific requirements.
NFU Mutual's range of products and services extend to commercial covers, investments, pensions, life assurance and risk management services.
Our expert team cover the area from Cardiff to Neath and operates out of modern offices situated in the Global Reach Development, Cardiff Bay, and also Bridgend Business Centre at the Bridgend Industrial Estate.
We also have a sister office based in Bridgend.

I have been an agent with NFU Mutual since January 1987. I specialise in dealing with our farming clients and maintaining the close working relationship with and between our clients and the NFU. I carry out most of the NFU work on behalf of the agency, and consider this to be a vital platform for our future growth.

I have worked as a Claims Manager for the agency since 2004, handling most household and commercial claims in their entirety and assisting our clients with their motor claims, as and when required. I also provide claims support and weekly or monthly MI for all our key account clients. I am involved in the processing of personal, motor and commercial policies, and help the Agents and Agency Manager with various other tasks.
