Chets joined NFU Mutual Chichester and Horsham office as Senior Partner in June 2016, having worked for NFU Mutual in a number of roles since 2001. His role is centred around getting to know you, your family and your business, finding suitable insurance solutions to keep you protected at all times. His specialist areas include farming, commercial and high value home insurance. Chets previous experience includes roles in customer services, as a Financial Adviser for five years, and working with senior management to develop suitable strategies in the business. In his spare time, he enjoy trekking, mountaineering, travelling and going to the gym.

PA to Managing Partner, Administration and Client Support

Hannah joined the agency in 2021 and provides PA, administrative and client support to the Chets Modi and Tracey Rooke. Previously she worked for an international law firm for over 20 years.  She also had a short stint working for a leading airline and travel company which gave her invaluable customer service experience.  Outside work time is spent with her family, socialising with friends, cycling and walking her cocker spaniel.

Having worked within the agency since 2009, Tracey is licensed in all products, specialising in larger homes, high value contents, listed buildings and country estates. Her role takes her out and about visiting people at home to discuss their insurance needs. She enjoys building relationships with her customers and understanding what’s important to them. She can also introduce financial service products and book appointments with our Financial Adviser. Living locally, Tracey enjoys long walks with her Labrador, spending time with friends and family and travelling.

Kelly joined the agency in 2019, having worked with NFU Mutual for eight years and brings 16 years’ experience in the insurance industry.
