Welcome to NFU Mutual's Ashby de la Zouch branch where we pride ourselves on offering our customers a personal and friendly service for their insurance, pension and investment requirements.

Established in Ashby for over 50 years, we take time to get to know our customers in order to understand their individual needs. Insurance cover can be tailored to suit the specific requirements of both our individual and business customers.

Although best known as a rural insurer, NFU Mutual’s range of products extends to investments, pensions and risk management services.

The branch is led by agents Andrew Redfern, Farah Siddiqi and Sam Tingle who are supported by a dedicated team of professionals who aim to provide quality NFU Mutual products at a fair price and with a first class customer service.

Andrew Redfern

Andrew has been with the company for over 20 years and joined the Ashby branch in February 2008. He is also NFU Mutual's group secretary for north west Leicestershire. expand text

Farah Siddiqi

Farah has been an agent at Ashby since April 2008. She previously worked at the Uttoxeter branch as an account executive. Farah specialises in arranging business insurance for large commercial risks. expand text

Sam Tingle Cert CII

Sam was appointed as an Agent in November 2009 having previously worked as a Sales Executive in the branch. Sam joined NFU Mutual in August 2008 and also specialises in commercial risks as well as co-ordinating the activity and appointments of the financial adviser. expand text

Christina Godfrey

Office Manager
Christina joined the office in February 2011 having previously worked in NFU Mutual’s Pitsford branch and in the company’s underwriting department in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. She is responsible for the day to day running of the office and administration of the large accounts. expand text

Lauren Clifton

Claims Handler
Lauren is our claims handler and is more than happy to talk to you about any issues which maybe of concern regarding your claim. Her role is to ensure that claims are pro-actively handled try to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible. expand text

Ellen Weston

Customer Services & Claims Handler
Ellen joined us in October 2014. She has 4 years' experience in the insurance industry. Ellen can help with general enquiries and quotations on home, motor, equine and business package policies and has just started the claims role in the afternoons. expand text

Jane Kelly

Customer Services
Jane is the most experienced member of the customer services team having been with the branch since 2003. She can help with quotations, alterations and enquiries for motor, home, lifestyle, equine insurance and business policies. Jane is our equine specialist. expand text

Customer Services
Alec is our newest member of staff starting in June 2017. Alec is fully licensed to help with quotes and queries on home & motor policies. expand text

Customer Services & Accounts Handler
Vicky joined the team in 2010. She is responsible for premium collection and general account queries. Vicky is fully licensed to help with quotes and queries on home, motor, equine and business package policies. expand text
