Senior Agent & Group Secretary
John has been an Agent and Group Secretary for the Wrington branch since September 2014. John has 16 years' experience in the insurance industry. John has a wealth of knowledge and understanding in a wide range of industries, particularly specialising in insurance protection for farming, food and drink, and the hospitality sector. Neil Brand

Neil became an Agent in the Wrington branch in October 2013. Neil originally joined the team in August 2010. Neil comes from a sales management background in the construction industry, where he spent time dealing with new commercial customers, assisting them with their requirements to expand their business. Neil's role with NFU Mutual is to use my knowledge in the commercial industry to assist you with your insurance requirements. Neil is also available to discuss our personal line insurances and set up any meetings you may require with an NFU Mutual Financial Adviser. expand text

Sallyann supports the branch to provide excellent service to all our customers; farming, commercial and personal alike. Sallyann is very proud of the attentive, friendly approach offered in the Wrington branch. Lucy has worked for the Wrington branch since 2006, undertaking various roles. She now works alongside Group Secretary/Agent John Herbert, with complex commercial customers, managing all aspects of the branch's most intricate customer relationships. Renewal Account Executive
Laura joined the Wrington branch as home and personal renewal executive in early 2016 with over 3 years of insurance experience. Laura provides advice for our existing motor and personal line customers. With a friendly and professional approach she prides herself in excellent customer care and ensures every one of our valued existing customers receives an opportunity to review all areas of cover. She will also make policy changes as needed and generally meet all customer service requirements. expand text


Commercial Renewal Executive/Claims Handler
Sarah joined the office in early 2017 and has quickly progressed into the Commercial Renewal Executive role. She will be reviewing existing commercial accounts alongside servicing any mid-term adjustments. Sarah provides a friendly, efficient, customer focused approach to her role. She has also taken on a claims handling role working closely with our primary Claims Handler Jane. expand text

Lorna has seen the branch grow considerably during the 23 years she has been working here. Lorna helps our customers with accounts queries, insurance renewals, policy changes and queries relating to motor and personal insurance policies. expand text

Jane joined the Wrington branch in 1999 as the claims handler. She has an extensive knowledge with regard to claims handling for commercial and personal insurance policies. She not only deals with the claims but can help with queries our customers may have with regard to motor, personal, commercial and farming policies. expand text


Life Lead Coordinator & Customer Service
Gemma works closely with an NFU Mutual Financial Adviser to ensure the best service for our financial service provision within the agency, discussing your general needs and assessing your appointment needs. She looks after our customers pre and post-financial review to provide support and continuity, providing the highest level of customer care. A member of our service team, Gemma also assists in making amendments to current insurances as well as discussing renewals with our existing clients. expand text
