Letting us know that a customer has passed away

We understand you may be going through a difficult and worrying time. We’re here to help when you are ready to let us know.

Where to contact will depend on the type of product or policy that the customer held.

This will be either be:
General Insurance such as Motor, Home, Equine, Commercial or Farming Insurance, or;
Financial Services such as Investments, Pensions or Life Cover.

If the customer held both types of product/policy, please select 'General Insurance'.

When you notify us we'll collect information about all of the products and/or policies that were held and share this with the relevant department. You'll only need to tell us once.

We understand that this may be a difficult and worrying time, but we're here to help where we can.

To try and make things a little easier, we've put together a help and advice booklet with guidance on the actions you should take in relation to the products that the customer held.

When you contact us, where we can, we'll answer any questions or concerns you might have.
