How can I pay for my insurance renewal?

When your renewal is due, we'll send you your renewal documents with details of your cover, premium, and renewal options for the coming year.
There are several ways you may be able to pay for your renewal, depending on your policy and payment arrangements.
Receiving your renewal documents
We'll send your renewal documents 28 days before your renewal date so you have time to review your cover, premium and payment options for the coming year.
If you're registered for an Online Account
We'll notify you by email when your renewal documents are available to view online.
Depending on when you registered for your Online Account and your communication preferences, you may also receive renewal documents by post.
If you're not registered for an Online Account
We'll send your renewal documents by post.
Manage your policy online
Register for an Online Account to access your policy documents digitally and manage your policy online.
Can I renew online?
Online renewal is available for some policies.
If your policy number starts with 108P, you'll be able to review and pay for your renewal online. This will be confirmed in your renewal invitation and you'll be provided with instructions on how to complete your renewal.
If you have any other Home, Motor or Equine Insurance policy, you won't be able to renew online. However, you can still review your renewal documents and renew your policy using the payment options available to you.
If you're unsure whether online renewal is available for your policy, please contact us.

Paying by Direct Debit
Many customers choose to pay for their insurance by Direct Debit, allowing them to spread the cost through interest-free monthly payments.
If you already pay by Direct Debit and your policy is set to renew automatically, your renewal may continue using your existing arrangement.
If you'd like to start paying by Direct Debit, update your payment details, or have any questions about your renewal, please contact Mutual Direct.
Set up or manage your Direct Debit with Mutual Direct.
