Before you make a claim
If you need to make a new claim, please ensure you have the following:
- Policy number
- Your name and address
- Details of the horse you are claiming for
- An indication of the value of the claim, such as veterinary estimate, purchase price, or the extent of the damage or injury.
- Your contact number

If urgent intervention is required seek the advice of a vet and act in the best interests of the animal.
You should then contact us soon as is convenient, if possible the next working day.
If you have broken down with a horse trailer and need to access this service, please ring 0800 783 6091, ask for the Equine rescue service, and quote your policy number shown on your schedule. This number is available 24/7.
