How to notify us of a new claim

If you hold your policy through a local Agent you should contact your local Agency office

Mutual Direct policyholders can notify us of a new claim or updates to an existing claim via our web form.

When abroad

If you need to make a claim and are currently abroad, please call Mutuaide on +33 1 45 16 64 65 from any country.

If you are calling from France, you can call Mutuaide via 0800 22 92 92 free of charge. 

Legal expenses insurance

If you have a legal expenses claim or you need advice, please call the DAS helpline on 0117 934 0573. DAS Legal Expenses Insurance Company Ltd provide this free service for our members. Their claims office is open 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday and the helpline is open 24/7.
