If you need to make a new claim, please ensure you have the following:

• Policy number
• Your name and address
• Details of the horse you are claiming for
• An indication of the value of the claim such as veterinary estimate, or the extent of the damage or injury.
• Your contact number

If urgent intervention is required seek the advice of a vet and act in the best interests of the animal. You should then contact us as soon as is convenient, ideally the next working day.
