About making a claim

Before you make a claim
If you need to make a new claim, please ensure you have the following:
- Policy number
- Your name and address
- Details of the horse you are claiming for
- An indication of the value of the claim such as veterinary estimate, or the extent of the damage or injury.
- Your contact number
How to make a claim
If urgent intervention is required seek the advice of a vet and act in the best interests of the animal. You should then contact us as soon as is convenient, ideally the next working day.
