Insurance claims: when personal local expertise really matters

One of our long-standing clients unfortunately recently experienced some damage to their home heating system. All it took was one phone call to set the wheels in motion, authorising the repairs and subsequent claims process. On completion of the repairs and claim settlement we asked our client if they were satisfied with the service they had received. Here’s what they said:
