Michael has been an Agent of NFU Mutual for 32 years, and Senior Agent at the office for 24 years. He has vast experience in servicing both agricultural and commercial clients. He is a very colourful character and a born optimist. He values integrity and remains of the strong opinion that the customer comes first & insurance can be fun!

Dawn has made her career with NFU Mutual and in 2008 became an Agent at Coventry. Dawn is ACII qualified and has a passion for insurance. Don't let that worry you though because her charismatic character will ensure that you remember her long after the first premium has been paid.

Harry joined the office at the start of 2011 in the role of Business Manager. In summer 2015 he took on the role of Agent after his years of hard work keeping everything efficient and on track within the agency. In the same month there was an addition to his family; a beautiful baby girl called Imogen, who is now a big sister to baby Lyla. Harry’s organised nature means that becoming an Agent and entering fatherhood at the same time has been a breeze, he has taken it all in his stride – believe that if you wish.

Mel's background is in sales and he is highly customer focused. Mel is diligent and customers often recommend him for his helpful and "can do" attitude. Knowledgeable in both NFU Mutual personal and commercial insurances there is little he cannot sort for you. Mel & his partner are parents of six, Billy, Alice, Poppy, Nancy (four black Scotties) Jacob (miniature poodle) & Paco (a mixed variety & originally from Spain), much of his spare time is spent looking after his four legged friends.

Selina originally started working with the Coventry office back in 2009. After spending some time working in the financial services department at our head office in 2012, she re-joined the office in 2014, bringing her expertise back with her. She is now the go-to girl for all things life services related, which accompanies her vast knowledge of commercial, business and general insurances.

Chloe joined us in 2014, with her career in insurance starting when she left education in 2011. Chloe knows her stuff and would strive to make sure you have the cover you need, as she now handles a lot of our home insurance claims. Chloe also has an excellent knowledge of all our general insurance and you might hear from her around the time of your renewal. She has two not-so-little doggies at home; the first, Shy, an American Bulldog and Dub, a Dogue de Bordeaux who got his name from his Dad, a Volkswagen enthusiast. Chloe has had a recent addition to her family, a beautiful baby boy called Charlie.

Irma joined us in June 2017 having previously worked in the insurance industry for 4 years. Irma has a vast experience in handling motor & personal policies. Irma is a mother of two beautiful boys, Aryan and a miniature Yorkshire terrier, Perla. Outside of work, Irma is a big fan of basketball and does not miss any Lithuanian team matches.

Rad originally started with Coventry in January 2013. Her journey led her to become a Motor & Personal Underwriter at Stratford Regional Service Centre and then onto head office, where she joined the agency department. Rad re-joined the agency in March 2018, bringing with her underwriting experience, knowledge & her personality which provide much amusement in the office. Rad will be able to assist you with any queries & is always happy to help. Outside of work, she enjoys taking part in obstacle mud runs and recently took part in the Spring Wolf Run. When not in mud she enjoys holidays to her favourite destination… Dubai.

Ellie came to work at the agency straight after she finished agricultural college in 2007. Her main experience lies with farm insurance although she is competent in most commercial insurances, motor and personal. Ellie works part time 2 days per week and when she is not in the office she is a busy farmer’s wife working on the family farm and looking after her children, Fred and Polly.

Chris' role is to support the Coventry team with new sales, servicing of existing clients and to provide technical guidance on NFU Mutual car, home and business insurance. NFU Mutual Sales Consultants are employed by NFU Mutual.

Sarah is our specialist in matters relating to health and safety services for businesses, farmers and property owners. She can ensure that you are up-to-date with relevant legislation in order to protect yourself and your business.

Dean helps our clients with their financial needs. He covers all areas of investments, protection and pension planning for individual customers, company directors and corporate clients.
