NFU Mutual Agency Giving Fund 2024
NFU Mutual Hay-on-Wye agency is proud to support Friends of Hay Swimming Pool
We recently nominated local charity Friends of Hay Swimming Pool, to receive a donation of £6,509 from NFU Mutual’s national £1.92 million ‘Agency Giving Fund’ to help deliver their important work.
This donation will enable Friends of Hay Swimming Pool to ensure the sustainability of the Hay Swimming pool facility. The pool building will be upgraded with energy efficiency measures that will cut running costs, ensure that the pool meets all future regulatory requirements and provides a financially sustainable facility that meets the goals of Net Zero 2030. It will improve accessibility to the pool facilities, reduce the need for visitors to travel for swim lessons, warm water therapy or simple healthy recreation and exercise.
