Change of insured property

In order to change the property currently insured under your Home Insurance policy we ask that you supply the following:

  • Type of property (e.g. House, Flat / Maisonette, Bungalow, Other)
  • Address of property
  • Number of bedrooms

Change of vehicle's insured address

In order to change the address at which your vehicle is currently insured we ask that you supply the following: 

  • New address
  • Where the vehicle will be kept overnight (e.g. locked garage, unlocked garage, driveway, street away from home, other).

Add a new driver

In order to add a new driver to you Motor Insurance policy we ask that you supply the following:

  • Name of the new driver
  • New driver's date of birth
  • New driver's employment status (e.g. employed, unemployed, self-employed, house person, full/part-time education, retired, unemployed due to disability/illness)
  • New driver's occupation and industry they work in
  • Type of licence the new driver holds (e.g. Full - UK, Full - EU, Full - European non-EU, Full - International, Provisional)
  • Whether the new driver has any DVLA-reported medical conditions or disabilities
  • Whether the new driver has any claims or convictions in the last five years
  • What the new driver will use the car for (e.g. Social, Domestic and Pleasure Only [SDP], SDP and Community [SDPC], SDPC and Business Use)

Substitution of vehicle

In order to substitute a vehicle currently insured under you Motor Insurance policy we ask that you supply the following:

  • Registration number of the vehicle you would like to remove
  • Registration number of the vehicle you would like to add
  • Make and model of the new vehicle
  • Whether the vehicle has been modified in any way
  • Whether you are the legal owner and keeper
  • Name of the main driver
  • Name(s) of any additional driver(s)
  • Address the vehicle will be insured at
  • Where the vehicle will be kept overnight (e.g. locked garage, unlocked garage, driveway, street away from home, other)
  • Estimated annual mileage of the vehicle
  • Estimated value of the vehicle

Remove driver

In order remove a driver from your Motor Insurance policy we ask that you supply the following: 

  • Name of driver to be removed from the policy

Add vehicle

In order to add a vehicle to you Motor Insurance policy we ask that you supply the following:

  • Registration number of vehicle to be added
  • Make and model of vehicle
  • Make and model of the new vehicle
  • Whether the vehicle has been modified in any way
  • Whether you are the legal owner and keeper
  • Name of the main driver
  • Name(s) of any additional driver(s)
  • Address the vehicle will be insured at
  • Where the vehicle will be kept overnight (e.g. locked garage, unlocked garage, driveway, street away from home, other)

Addition / Change of horse

In order to add or change the horse on your Equine Insurance policy we ask that you supply the following:

  • Name of the horse you would like to add
  • Breed of the horse you would like
  • Height of your horse
  • Sum insured amount you would like on your policy
  • Any additional covers you would like to add to the policy (e.g. personal liability, vet's fees, personal accident, loss of use, tack, trailer, horse-drawn vehicle).
