Shortly after submitting this claim form you will receive an acknowledgement email with your claim reference which will provide information on what supporting documentation is required to validate your claim and where this should be sent.
If you have already submitted a claim for cancelled bookings and have previously received a claim reference, you do not need to submit another claim form for additional cancellations. Instead, please email claims@nfumutual.co.uk with additional supporting evidence, quoting you claim reference in the subject line.
